You’ll have seen this outfit if you watched my Spring lookbook but I have to say I think this is my favourite outfit from the bunch. It’s comfortable and pretty casual but also looks fairly put together (and dare I say stylish). I’ve worn a denim jacket once before in my adult life and that was to a 90s themed party as fancy dress. I recently thought about it again and kind of regretted that I gave it back to charity so when I popped into Primark and saw this one reduced to £7 I thought it would be silly not to grab it.
Aside from my ‘around the house jeggings’ I haven’t worn blue denim in probably a couple of years so I have to admit it felt a bit strange, especially as I’ve been wearing so much black through the winter, but with the addition of sandals I really love how summery it makes the outfit seem and I’m definitely going to be repeating this outfit throughout the warmer months!

In case you were wondering (I often do with other bloggers), these photos and the rest of my lookbook were shot around Gloucester Quays. I absolutely love it there and the AllSaints outlet has nothing to do with it, I have a few other outfit posts that were taken here too like this sports inspired one, this pretty recent Brandy Melville outfit and this from our first visit to Gloucester where I’m actually wearing the same jeans as I am here, and they say Primark clothes don’t last! (and yes, I’m plugging my lookbook profile, give me some hypes and fan me, pls?).
I’d love to know an item of clothing that you’ve thought you would never wear or wouldn’t suit you and then when you tried it out you loved it, I’m sure everyone as something!
