Snapshots From Snowdonia

I’ve been to Snowdonia a fair few times now so I just wanted to share some photos from our recent visit. We only went for a few days so didn’t get up to a whole lot to be honest, especially as it was pouring with rain for one of the three days. We did a bit of walking and a fair bit of driving around, Lee did some cycling. It was one of the most chilled trips we’ve had in a while. The day we left was possibly my favourite day, we left early and got out to around Snowdon for…

My Favourite Walks in Snowdonia | AD

We went up to North Wales for a few days recently and in between the rain, we did some walking and adventuring. We didn’t do as much as we have on previous trips because of the weather. We planned to climb the Glyders again but got about halfway and were both just too tired (Lee had been cycling for most of the day). Since I don’t have too much to share from our most recent trip I thought I would make a round-up of my favourite walks that we’ve done in Snowdonia. I think it’s a good mix of…

Mom Jeans of Dreams

I never thought that I would succumb to mom jeans, but alas, here I am. The comfort is obviously something that I’ve always been on board with, but I never thought that the style would suit me. I was right in a lot of cases, I’ve tried on quite a lot of pairs in the last year until I finally went for the Asos Farleigh jeans. I don’t know exactly how the fit is different on these jeans to all the others I tried from various brands but these are exactly what I had been wanting. I did have to…

Fashion Inspiration From Grazia | AD

I’ve been feeling a bit unmotivated lately when it comes to fashion content, which is a bit sad for me as that was the whole reason that I started a blog, to share my outfits. So I’ve been looking to different sources of inspiration than the usual blogs and Instagram accounts that I love. Magazines used to be my number one go-to for fashion inspiration. As a teenager I loved taking a couple of hours to sit with a new magazine, reading all the articles and admiring the editorial shoots. It was something I craved and was always excited to get…

A Day Out in Bristol

I love having a little day trip to places and Bristol is one of my favourites. It’s only an hour or so from Cardiff and just makes for a nice change in scenery. There are a few things in Bristol that Cardiff doesn’t have so I wanted to share my favourite things to do in Bristol. There are plenty of things that I haven’t yet done so I may update this in the future with new additions! The variety of shops in Bristol is something that I love. There are some high street shops that aren’t in that many cities and…

The Banff Gondola and Sulphur Mountain

There were three things that I really wanted to do whilst we were in Canada; horse riding, canoeing and a gondola ride. They were all a bit pricey though so we decided to just choose one of them. We both really wanted to canoe on Moraine Lake but unfortunately the boat hire had stopped for the season so we couldn’t. Lee isn’t into horse riding so we went on the Banff gondola! After we bought the tickets I was wondering if it was actually going to be worth the price. It definitely was. Lee decided we should go up later…
