I spent a lovely 4 days in Somerset and Devon last weekend as my boyfriend’s family very kindly invited me on their holiday. It was really nice to have a little break and time away somewhere new, we also managed to fit in catching up with a uni friend on our way down. We stayed in a cottage in the village of Porlock Weir right on the coast which was really nice and just down the road from the slightly larger town of Porlock. It had been a little while since I took my camera anywhere so hopefully my photo taking abilities haven’t deteriorated too much and I managed to forget it altogether on one day so had to substitute with an ipad and phone, but here’s a little photo diary of what I got up to – warning, there are quite a few photos!
