So here are some more photos of the walk that we took on this day. It was such a lovely day (Halloween, in fact) and we had wrapped up quite warmly only for it to be 17°! Not what we expected on the last day of October. We’ve been here twice before but it looks quite different in different seasons and they’ve also cut down quite a lot of the trees since we last went.
Let me know if you like this type of photo diary post as we’re always going on mini adventures so I could definitely start taking more photos to share with you. Or if you just want to see little snippets then make sure you’re following me on Instagram!
This walk is about four miles I think back and forth, the path is quite varied but there’s nothing too strenuous. The hardest part for me is the walk back up the steps from Sgwd yr Eira (the waterfall that I’ve shown here, you can walk behind it too).
If you haven’t seen the other posts this week in my Autumnal Adventures mini-series then make sure you have a gander if you enjoyed this post. I’d love to know what you’ve been up to this autumn too, do you enjoy forest walks?
