It’s been warm enough here the last week or so to not have to wrap up in several layers which has been rather pleasant. My sister said that I look like the Artful Dodger or as if I should be in A Clockwork Orange but I’d like to think it’s perfectly acceptable to wear a bowler hat that’s not part of a costume. I think it finishes off this outfit perfectly.

I made this faux leather and pearl collar a few years ago and recently found it again so I thought it would add a great little detail to this monochrome outfit. I’m glad that it’s getting warm enough for me to wear these cut out brogues again, they’re so cute, I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of them.
I must say that I love these jeans, I’ve had them a while and created a few different outfits with them (here’s one with a Black Milk swimsuit) and they’re still going strong despite only being £10 from Primark! Right before I bought these I had been into Topshop and tried on the Joni jeans, I really didn’t like how they looked and they weren’t even high waisted on me. So when I saw these in Primark I wasn’t expecting them to be any better as they’re more or less the same but they fit me in a more flattering way and were actually high waisted. I keep meaning to pick up another pair before they stop doing them, and perhaps in some other colours too.
