On our visit to Kew Gardens, the first place we went was the Palm House. This was a bit of a mistake. As you can probably tell from the state of my hair, it was very humid and very very very warm in there. But I persevered for the sake of photos and did my best to pretend that I wasn’t literally melting. You might recognise this lovely dress from my ASOS spring wishlist.
I adore flowers on a black background. It’s probably the only type of floral print that I’ll happily own. There’s just something about it that seems a bit luxurious, don’t you think? I wanted to get photos of it in the palm house because I knew the floral would stand out against all the green leaves. I’d love to visit again when it’s not quite so hot so I can appreciate the beautiful leaves a bit more.
