I’m just going to say right away that I think this outfit is adorable and I feel cute as a button in it. It’s just getting cold enough to wear cosy knits and I am all about that cosy life. I actually sized up in this Irish Aran jumper to a medium which makes it nice and roomy and comfortable but it’s also still great for layering. I’m going to be getting a lot of wear out of this over the autumn and winter, if you’ve seen any of my winter outfits from last year then you’ll know how I adore big sweaters to snuggle into.
Adding the pinafore dress over the top makes this outfit so cute and adds more shape to your figure where a loose fitting jumper might skim over. It also has the ever handy pouch pocket will I will never stop loving. I wanted to keep this outfit casual and comfortable for our walk around the woods so I wore these simple pumps to crunch through the leaves. I can’t wait until all the leaves are brown and orange and beautiful, autumn is definitely my favourite season to be out in nature.
