Spring/Summer Festival Lookbook | OOTD & Video

Who doesn’t enjoy festival season? Even if I’m not at one I enjoy seeing the highlights afterwards and reminiscing of all the times that I did make it to a festival. I thought I would pretend that it’s Summer  this week and create this festival lookbook using the fashion DIYs that I created so if you like this lookbook make sure you check out that video! And if you’re starting your festival season with Coachella then this is in time for you too, so get your DIY on and create these looks!

Layering shredded tops over a colourful skirt lets pops of colours peek through the gaps. Keeping a lightweight scarf handy is great to use as a cover up to stop your skin from burning! And don’t forget to top the outfit off with a flower crown, mine is a hairband from Primark. I love this blue colour for nail varnish at this time of year, it’s just so cute!

Look 2
Fringe Skirt

This maxi fringe skirt is a super versatile item and would be a perfect festival piece. It would look great with an oversized band tee from the last festival you went to tucked in or with a more floaty and girly top. You could make it in a bright summer time colour or keep it muted to make a staple piece.

Look 3
Lace Dress and Flower Bracelet

Take advantage of the 70’s trend this season and find a mini shift dress. I think it’s super cute with the little flower bracelet and a long necklace. Wide brim hats are perfect for keeping the sun off your face and wellies are of course an essential at British festivals, it’s muddy even when the sun is shining!

I’ve also created a little video lookbook of these outfits which you can watch below!

I hope you enjoy these festival outfit ideas, I’d love to know which you like best and what would you wear to a festival this year?
