I’m a bit late on the flared jeans and 70s vibes trend but I found these jeans in a box of fabrics and old clothes and couldn’t resist trying them on. I was beyond shocked to find that they actually still fit me because I had these jeans when I was 12 years old. I’m positive my hips have grown since then so they must have been a bit loose before. So yeah, these are age 12 jeans from Tammy girl. Not quite original 70s but probably still considered vintage these days.
It feels so strange for me to not be wearing black but I also love it. It’s so rare for me to wear blue denim because I’m so fussy with it. I really like the shade of these though so I’m going to be on the hunt for some non-flared jeans in this colour. This isn’t the first time I’ve dug out an old item for an outfit. I used to wear so much more colour when I was younger!
I think this was actually one of my favourite outfits to style because I had the 70s theme in mind. Obviously, I started with the jeans and thought about what top would go and then added the belt and boots. I definitely feel ready for any 70s themed events that I could arise in the future now.
