This was my third time attending a Lush event, I have posts about both Lush Summer and Lush Winter. I love Lush blogger evenings as the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I was shown around with a few other bloggers (Jaye, Teri and Hannah) by Michelle who was lovely and fab at demonstrating the new products for us.
I picked up the Golden Egg as I’ve never actually tried a particularly glittery bath product before so I thought it would be quite fun. I also grabbed Seanik for Lee to try out as he’s just started borrowing my shampoo bars and he’s rather enjoying it!
In the goody bag there was Somewhere Over the Rainbow soap, Rose Bombshell bath bomb which was demonstrated and smells glorious and the Fluffy Egg bath bomb which is just adorable. There is an obvious pink theme going on at this time of year including the Mother’s Day range. I forgot that I had wanted to pick up the Flowering Tea bubble bar so I’m going to have to take another visit into town!
The new gift sets look amazing, I love how creative they are – I think Good Egg is my favourite one. Another favourite was the Humpty Dumpty bath bomb that cracks into 3 separate pieces with a fried egg shape in the middle, brilliant.
I was very excited to make my own Creamy Candy bubble bar, I copied most others and made mine into a heart shape just because it looked so cute. I’m a little bit worried about using it as I don’t think I made it too securely!
Have you tried anything from the new Lush Spring range?
