I’m loving this outfit if I’m honest, this skirt has been a favourite in my wardrobe for a while but I rarely wear it. The scalloped hem makes it look that bit more chic and has a bit of a 1920s vibe to it. With a sheer and sleeveless top you’re more than likely going to need a coat of some sort to keep you from getting hypothermia and this fluffy one would definitely do the trick.
