If you’d told me even a few weeks ago that I would fall in love with a pink faux fur coat* I’d have thought you were crazy. I had been wanting a lovely faux fur coat to snuggle into this winter but it was only when I was browsing LOTD that I decided I needed one. I was tempted to get it in black but since I’m SO glad that I didn’t, the pink is so beautiful in real life, it changes shades depending on the light and the fur feels so soft and luxurious. I’m honestly so impressed with the quality.
I just had to wear this whilst adventuring in the snow, this was the second time we went up to the Brecon Beacons during the snow. I opted for an all black look so the coat would really stand out and it kept me super snuggly even after the sun went down. I felt like a Russian princess and I’m so into it. I think faux fur coats are such a winter staple because they can so easily be dressed up or down. I’ve worn this one with jeans and a jumper but also over dressier outfits for both my work Christmas parties.
The trousers I’m wearing* here are also from LOTD and they’ve also gotten plenty of wear since I got them. It’s so nice to have an option that isn’t jeans. I love the texture of them which makes them stand out a bit and they’re a great stretchy material so they’re also super comfortable!
