Last September we spent 10 days in Alberta. We went to some of the nicest places I’ve ever been and I hope we can go back and see even more sometime.
When we arrived we stayed in a hotel for two nights just to get over the jet lag and so I didn’t have to drive right away. After that, we stayed in an airbnb in the west of Calgary and drove out to Banff most days. It was a lot cheaper to do this than stay in the national park or travel around more as the petrol is so cheap there (less than half the price in the UK) and accommodation isn’t.
I will be uploading some posts of each area that we went to with lots of photos. It’s taken me this long to decide what I want to do with all the photos and how I want to share them (other than the ones I’ve already posted on Instagram) so keep an eye out, I’ll have the first one up soon!
I could probably write essays about our time in Canada and everything we saw but I think the video does a much better job of showing it than I could describe. I hope you enjoy! Let me know if you’ve been to any of the places we went as well!
