This outfit is basically a combination of three items that I’ve been obsessed with. The check coat has been my go to any time that it’s not been incredibly cold as it’s not the thickest or warmest coat I own but I love it anyway. This maxi dress is a great layering piece. I love styling it with a jumper over the top as well – which tbh I probably should’ve done on this day, it was much colder down at the beach than I thought it would be! The length and colour make it cold weather appropriate but the splits on each side make it great for the summer too.
I had to wear these Adidas trainers in a little bit as the heels were pretty stiff but now that I have they’ve become my day to day shoes. They’re so comfortable! I’ve been wanting some new trainers for a while and I think these are going to be even more perfect when warmer weather arrives. I’ve also been thinking about white shoes or trainers for the summer which would be perfect!
I took my mum to Caswell beach for a little Mother’s Day outing. It was a little bit windy on the beach, hence my messy hair! But we had a nice stroll nonetheless before getting too cold. I always find it a little bit strange going back to Swansea since I moved away from there, but it’s always nice.
